• Call to place an order or to request a price estimate. (Final pricing, terms, & production scheduling will be confirmed after receipt of artwork materials and complete order specifications upon acknowledgment of the order.)

• If FAXING or e-mailing requests, be sure to provide daytime telephone number. Also provide complete address. Orders will be entered after confirming details by phone.

• Proofs and/or tag layouts are provided only after an order has been placed. Proofs are sent with color samples (e-mail proofs are discouraged since screen colors cannot accurately portray actual colors of materials and imprinting foils.)

Order Information
1) Delivery - Normal delivery is approximately 4 to 5 weeks from approval of proofs, subject to some fluctuation with prevailing production conditions. Please indicate TOURNAMENT dates when applicable, and every effort will be made to accommodate. (We will advise you if a deadline cannot be met). Since imprint dies and material blanking are grouped for economy, extra charges must be made when rush jobs require individual handling to expedite. Charges for AIR shipments on rush orders will be charged to the customer.
2) Please indicate the tag size and style, quantity, lettering colors, background colors, and copy for each side and submit a sketch or rough layout of the lettering and design.
3) Quantities - On all unnumbered tags with exact duplicate copy, 10% over or under shall be considered a satisfactory delivery, and will be billed accordingly.
4) Artwork - Submit any materials that represent your emblem (letterhead, score card, etc.).
5) Proofs - Proof copies of artwork and layout sent for approval must be returned in a timely manner for production to proceed. Proofs or order acknowledgments are normally sent in approx. 5 to 7 working days from receipt of an order and copy materials. The customer is responsible for artwork charges on proofs even if order is not finalized.
